F&I Business Manager - MMG Toyota Estcourt

MMG Toyota Estcourt is seeking an experienced and dynamic F&I (Finance & Insurance) Business Manager to join our motivated sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable automotive brand in a vibrant dealership environment.

What You’ll Do:

Manage the finance and insurance processes for vehicle sales, ensuring compliance with all legal and policy requirements
Present and sell finance products, insurance policies, and extended warranties to customers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers
Collaborate with the sales team to meet dealership sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and adherence to regulatory standards
Provide training and support to dealership staff on F&I offerings and processes

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience as an F&I Business Manager in the automotive retail industry
Strong knowledge of automotive finance products, insurance, and credit processes
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
