General Admin Clerk/Cashier — MMG Ford Newcastle

What you'll own (in a nutshell):
  • Receipting & banking of daily parts/service monies
  • Matching cash sales to invoices, verifying supplier invoices for payment
  • Daily estimate-vs-actual and bank statement reconciliations
  • Creditor documentation, courier prep, 3rd party payments
  • Keeping customers looked after, calls answered, needs handled, no balls dropped

What you bring:
  • Solid admin/bookkeeping experience (dealership experience a bonus, not a must)
  • Accuracy under pressure, this job runs on deadlines...daily
  • A trustworthy, no-nonsense approach, you'll be handling cash and confidential info
  • Team-first attitude; happy to jump in across brands when Mahindra/Mazda/Kia need support
