HR Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support the recruitment process, from advertising roles to onboarding
- Assist with payroll onboarding administration
- Coordinate training sessions and performance review schedules
- Provide day-to-day HR support and respond to employee queries
- Ensure HR compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of HR administrative experience
- Willingness to occasionally travel to our various Dealerships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
What Will make you Stand Out!
- Working knowledge of MerSETA and Employment Equity requirements
- Experience in Disciplinary matters up to CCMA level
- A diploma or degree in Human Resources Management
