JAECOO AND JURASSIC WORLD REBIRTH TAKE HYBRID PERFORMANCE INTO THE WILD
JAECOO recently announced its collaboration with Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment’s action-packed new chapter in the blockbuster film series, Jurassic World Rebirth, set for global release on 4 July 2025. United by the shared spirit of Enter the Extreme, the partnership highlights the capabilities of JAECOO vehicles in a dramatic setting.
In Jurassic World Rebirth, the main characters must traverse a forbidden island to collect dinosaur DNA. The scenes provide a stage for the display of JAECOO’s off-road technology: the all-road drive intelligent system (ARDIS), featuring 600 mm super-strong wading capability and seven driving scenarios, designed to handle varied terrain, including sand and water crossings. It’s also equipped with intelligent cabin technology, including a 540-degree transparent chassis that enhances driver awareness by offering a full view of the surroundings.
Thanks to the Super Hybrid System (SHS) technology, the vehicles boast an extended driving range and reduced fuel consumption, supporting performance in remote environments where efficiency is crucial.
Earlier this month, Brand O&J, the division comprising the OMODA and JAECOO marques, launched the all-new JAECOO J7 SHS and OMODA C9 SHS in South Africa, offering hybrid models that strike a balance between efficiency and power to local consumers at competitive pricing and with strong value propositions.
