Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  2. Team Management: Effectively guide and manage the Service Advisor team and liaise with the Technical team ensuring effective and efficient workflow.
  3. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
  4. Paperwork and Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transaction for the customer.

 
Candidates need to exceed the below minimum required standards:

  • Strong Customer Service orientation with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent planning and organising skills
  • Strong business acumen in the aftersales environment
  • 3 to 5 year’s experience in the Motor Industry
  • Strong PC skills in all Microsoft Office software
  • Traceable customer satisfaction references
  • Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
  • Professional and courteous language proficiency
