Workshop Foreman - Toyota Estcourt

Only suitable candidates who exceed the below minimum standards will be considered;

• Accredited Automotive Technician
• Experience in all aspects of vehicle mechanisms and systems
• Training and/or experience in engines, drive trains, chassis and electrical repair

Responsibilities:

Ensure all service plans and repairs are adhered to

• Communicate with service advisors to establish daily workload
• Check for prioritized vehicles and ensure speedy repairs/servicing is carried out
• Test drive vehicles to ensure Fixed Right First Time is achieved
• Performs supervisory responsibilities for managing all aspects of automotive repair and preventative maintenance thereof
• Plans, organises, schedules and assigns all aspects of work to include minor and major repairs or preventive maintenance for a fleet of van, trucks, cars
